We’ll spend time in workshops unearthing what’s happening in your category, amongst your customers, culturally, behaviourally and economically?

Tensions occur where there’s dissonance between people and systems. This is a potential hotspot of change. To identify these tensions we use a combination of research tools and in-depth interviews.
